Sharing stories – Aleesha

I  resonate deeply with the trees during the fall and even more going into winter seeing their leaves fall and looking bare, sometimes dead even. I hope beyond hope that my roots are planted deep enough to withstand the harsh winds and heavy ice that takes some of them down. Others make it through and begin to flower beautifully in the spring, showing the fruit from their rest and stability in the long winter months. More trees stand than fall. The ones that do fall, well maybe they make room for others to spring up in their place.
