[Spiritual direction] has had a special impact on my life. It has helped me to take a deeper look within myself and see what God is trying to tell me. I have learned to slow down and listen. Since meeting with a spiritual director, I have noticed a difference in how I look at life. My sessions have been a time of renewing my spirit and leaving with a feeling of calmness, peace, and joy. My heart is full. I feel God’s grace and mercy.
