[Spiritual direction] has been a key factor in helping me maintain focus on the Lord’s will versus my own will. I have noticed a huge difference in how I become still and connected to the Lords voice in troubling situations. My sessions make me feel grounded. Life can hand you many difficult circumstances that you feel like are out of control. During my sessions, I feel calm and grounded. After them, I am clear on what path or course of action I need to take.
